“精品中国茶” is the founding mission of Australian Tea Sharing. We are committed to promoting Chinese tea culture and providing tea lovers across Australia with high-quality, great-value Chinese tea brands, while inspiring a deeper appreciation and love for Chinese tea and its rich cultural heritage.
We represent premium brands across all major categories of Chinese tea, including Wuyixing (Wuyi Rock Tea), Daqin (White Tea), Shifeng (Longjing), Rongshi (Pu’er Tea), Fengninghao (Yunnan Black Tea), and many others. Our range covers all six major categories of Chinese tea, as well as traditional tea ware, with more than 150 individual products. We strive to offer a truly one-stop destination for Chinese tea lovers. We also provide customised tea products and gifting services for businesses, organisations, and groups.
In 2022, Australian Tea Sharing launched Yaji Tea Gathering, expanding our services to include professionally hosted tea ceremonies and cultural events. With our extensive selection of premium teas, years of tea-event experience, and professional tea artists, we create immersive cultural experiences that combine Chinese tea with traditional arts such as Guqin music, Hanfu, incense appreciation, and Chinese flower arrangement. Each Yaji Tea Gathering is more than a tea ceremony—it is a refined celebration of traditional Chinese culture.
In 2023, Australian Tea Sharing was honoured to provide Chinese tea ceremony demonstrations and services at Parliament House in Canberra, the Consulate-General of China in Sydney, and the Sydney Chinese Cultural Centre, as well as hosting corporate tea events for a range of businesses and organisations.
In 2024, we opened our Shared Tea Rooms, inspired by the traditional Chinese ideal of “Building a humble retreat amidst the bustle of the city, yet remaining untouched by its noise.” Our tea rooms provide tea lovers with a peaceful space to slow down, enjoy tea, and find a moment of tranquillity. We currently operate two tea rooms, located in Sydney CBD and Balmain, both of which are available for private hire and events.
In 2025, we launched our Chinese Tea Arts Experience Courses, which have quickly become very popular among tea enthusiasts. Our current courses include Ceramics, Modern Chinese Tea Drinks, Song Dynasty Tea Whisking (Dian Cha), Wuyi Rock Tea Appreciation, and Chinese Tea Brewing.
