Please note, the candles need to set for 24 hours, so they will need to be collected at another time or can be posted for an additional charge payable on the day.

Made by Me Workshop is about helping people to connect with their "inner creative" and have some fun while making beautiful things from quality materials in our friendly & vibrant studio space in the heart of the inner west!
Established in 2017 after Rebecca Doyle decided to take a career break and chose to revisit her childhood love for arts & crafts. Rebecca grew up in a large family where money was tight, after school activities where mostly homegrown and usually involved a sheet of cardboard, a glue stick and some glitter! It is probably no surprise to learn that Rebecca followed a creative path to study Fashion & Textile Design at University!
After a few more decades (than Rebecca will publicly admit to) and a long and varied career in the fashion industry, Rebecca wanted to get back to creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind objects - Made By Me Workshop is the result of where this path led.
Rebecca loves that moment of pride that comes over each participant's face when they look at what they have created and say to themselves "Wow - I made this & I love it!"
Made by Me Workshop run a variety of creative workshops, hen’s parties, private parties and corporate events from their studio space in Newtown including Resin Art, Resin Jewellery & Mould Making, Soap Making, Terrazzo Homewares, Punch Needle, Macrame and many more. We are also happy to travel to your venue or host your event in an alternative venue if you require a larger space to accomodate more than 10 people.

OMGthis was the best, most fun, least stress workshop I've ever done. Alison the teacher was just lovely and so chill, Rebecca was delightful too and it was so great to see all the other courses they offer. The venue is absolutely adorable, fresh and welcoming - and just filled with happy, thoughtful, loved pieces. Even the other people in our workshop were greatI forgot to bring the biscuits for our cheese, but everyone ended up sharing everything anyway! I loved the scents we could choose from and I loved ticking 'candle making' off my bucket list. I will be back for more courses soon PS - please do the xmas pudding workshop
