Clay and Sip Sculpture Course

Learn how to sculpt a human form in this five session clay sculpture course with some drinks!

This beginner-friendly course will focus on the structural composition of human form or portraiture and working on fundamental exercises to achieve your sculpture.

You are encouraged to express and create your own artwork, with the tactile and softness of the water-based clay, no armature required.

Over five sessions (three hours each), you will come ready to learn a different pose with a different life model each week. This will allow you to exercise your understanding of the 3D workspace and learn the basics of human medium and proportions.

If you have some sculpting experience, you can use this as your sketching practice, learning the composition, structure, proportions and properties of the medium.

The classes are small, so your teacher can guide you individually and tailor the sessions according to your sculpting skills and past experience. Each sculpture is yours to take home and you will be recommended with local kiln services in the area for a ceramic finish.
