I am a certified optical dispenser, eyewear stylist, image and colour consultant, Reiki Master, Sound Healing practitioner and Family Constellations facilitator.What I love most about teaching is watching people see themselves in a new way. Sometimes it starts with a pair of glasses, sometimes with colour, sometimes with sound, stillness or a deeper moment of connection.
