My journey began in 2014, working with essential oils to support emotional wellbeing. I was immediately struck by the power of scent to shift mood, restore balance, and create a sense of calm and optimism. What began as a personal exploration quickly became something I wanted to share.
Over time, this evolved into thoughtfully curated gatherings and classes that offer a space to pause, reset and reconnect, while engaging with the restorative qualities of botanicals.
Each class is designed to be welcoming and accessible, guiding participants through many different aspects of scent. This includes an introduction to the architecture of fragrance - understanding top, middle, and base notes - and how to compose a balanced, personalised botanical blend.
My work draws on aromatherapy, flower and complementary practices to create an experience, suitable for both individual and group settings.
I regularly travel to Provence to deepen my understanding of botanicals at their source, connecting with the landscape, seasons and cultivation practices. This connection brings an added sense of authenticity to the way I work with botanical essences.
Each class is shaped by the requirements of the group and setting, with a focus on creating an engaging and comfortable experience, without requiring prior knowledge.
I’ve facilitated workshops across a range of environments, from local studios to private retreats, as well as corporate and luxury wellness settings, including The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong. I’ve also collaborated with stylists and creatives to design bespoke, concept-led experiences.
