My journey began in 2014, working with essential oils to support emotional wellbeing. I was immediately struck by the power of scent to shift mood, restore balance, and create a sense of calm and optimism. What began as a personal exploration quickly became something I wanted to share.Over time, this evolved into thoughtfully curated workshops that offer a space to pause, reset, and reconnect, while engaging with the restorative qualities of nature. Each session is designed to be welcoming and accessible, guiding participants through both the creative and technical aspects of scent. This includes an introduction to the architecture of fragrance - understanding top, middle, and base notes - and how to compose a balanced, personalised botanical blend.My work draws on aromatherapy, bush flower essences, and complementary practices to create an experience, suitable for both individual and group settings.I regularly travel to Provence to deepen my understanding of botanicals at their source, connecting with the landscape, seasons and cultivation practices. This connection brings an added sense of authenticity to the way I work with botanical essences.Each workshop is shaped by the group and setting, with a focus on creating an engaging, comfortable experience that feels both personal and relevant, without requiring prior knowledge. I’ve facilitated workshops across a range of environments, from local studios to private retreats and corporate and luxury wellness settings, including The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong. I’ve also collaborated with stylists and creatives to design bespoke, concept-led experiences including 'Clarity Class'.
