My journey began in 2014, working with essential oils to support emotional wellbeing. I was immediately struck by the power of scent to shift mood, restore balance, and create a sense of calm and optimism. What began as a personal exploration quickly became something I wanted to share.

Over time, this evolved into thoughtfully curated gatherings and classes that offer a space to pause, reset and reconnect, while engaging with the restorative qualities of botanicals.

Each class is designed to be welcoming and accessible, guiding participants through many different aspects of scent. This includes an introduction to the art and architecture of fragrance.

My work draws on aromatherapy, energy healing, the study of flower essences, together with regular travel to Provence, France to create a unique and authentic experience.

Each class may also be shaped by the requirements of the group and setting.

I’ve facilitated workshops across a range of environments, from local studios to private retreats, as well as corporate and luxury hotel/wellness settings. I’ve also collaborated with stylists and creatives to design bespoke, concept-led experiences.
