We typically work with 50x70cm or 60x90cm canvases, which provide ample space to accommodate contributions from all your guests while creating something truly artistic and memorable. These dimensions ensure everyone can participate meaningfully in the collaborative piece.
Q: What about framing options?
We're happy to help with framing! After your booking, we'll present you with several beautiful framing options. We can arrange for frames to be delivered directly to our studio or to your chosen venue on the day of your event. Alternatively, you're welcome to source and provide your own frame if you have a specific preference in mind.
Q: What types of events is this suitable for?
The Wishcollage workshop is perfect for celebrating life's special moments! It's ideal for weddings (as a unique guest book alternative), baby showers (creating a keepsake for the new arrival), milestone birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, and any gathering where you want to create lasting memories together.
Q: Is there an additional cost to host the event at your studio?
Yes, our beautiful Chippendale studio can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests. The studio rental fee is $180 for a 2-hour event, which includes access to our creative space and all the amenities needed for a memorable experience.
Q: Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Our studio features a spacious area perfect for displaying refreshments, and we provide all the essentials including cups, plates, and serving accessories - these are included in your studio booking fee at no extra charge.
Q: If we're hosting at a different venue, what setup do we need?
We'll need a table large enough to accommodate your guests for the cutting and preparation phase, plus a dedicated space for assembling the collaborative piece. Don't worry - this setup won't interfere with your party's flow! The beauty of this experience is that guests can participate actively while still engaging in conversations and enjoying the celebration.
Q: When will the artwork be completed?
Your masterpiece will be finished right at the event! After two hours of creative collaboration, you'll leave with a completed artwork ready to hang and treasure forever.
