My patisserie journey started when I was a child. I love watching and helping my mom when she made dessert and sweets. Graduated from prestigious school LE CORDON BLEU in Sydney, Australia, I embark on the journey from high tea restaurant, 2-star restaurant, event catering to my own pop-up dessert shop. I love teaching people how to bake and seeing the joy in them when they tasted good food made from scratches. I have taught friends, partners and kids.
