What you'll do
Discover how to make cupcakes that impress at this cupcake decorating class with Heidy in Sydney. Throughout this class, you will learn how to hand pipe beautiful buttercream flowers.
We will be creating individual flowers and practising this fun technique petal by petal. Heidy will share with you her tips and tricks to creating natural-looking flowers without the mess!
Class overview:
- Learn how to make different flower shapes like a David Austin rose, carnation, dahlia and leaves from buttercream.
- Decorate the cupcakes (flower arrangement).
At the end of the class, you will take home six cupcakes in a box packaging, plus a piping tip, bags and printed recipes to continue cake decorating at home!

Having a delicious cake with beautiful handmade flower decoration will brighten your day! Besides making cakes, I also draw eyebrows and teach eyebrow microblading tattoo (hairstrokes).
