I love teaching crochet to all levels of students. I learned knitting and crocheting when I was ten years old. My parents ran a hand-knitting factory where I learned my crochet skill. Recently, I got the third prize in the 2023 Sydney Royal Easter Show craft (crochet section).

I find crocheting is a therapeutic hobby and suitable for all aged people. I have been teaching young teens and aged 70+ elderly.

Diana was lovely, very welcoming and informative. She was able to move around the room and assist everyone. We got to take home some wool and a crochet needle so that we could continue our project. My daughter and I joined to get an introduction to crocheting and we did. Thanks.

Thank you Diana! I thoroughly enjoyed today's class. I had basic granny square skills through learning from family but wanted to learn how to read and try different patterns. I came out with the confidence to not only complete a rose but to try other flowers and onto other designs. Thank you for the sheets/patterns and needle to continue my crochet at home.

Really good class. The teacher explained thing well and sat down with us individually to go through steps. I feel like I picked up the basics and can continue to learn on my own. I liked that material was provided so we just had to show up.

I got to make a crochet rose which was amazing. Everyone left with a lovely flower.
I have done crochet previously, but was extremely rusty as haven't done it in years, but Diana was really helpful in getting me going again.

The teacher Diana was super friendly and patient and explained things very slowly.
She provided all the materials which are of a very high quality.
She was more than happy to repeat her instructions many times without getting annoyed or frustrated. She was very encouraging and we would definitely recommend Diana and her crocheting lessons to anyone who is interested. After only 2 hours my daughter made a candy cane ornament, which for a beginner, is very impressive.

Diana is patient and a great teacher. She first showed us the different stiches and let us practise them before starting the project. Completed the small Christmas Stocking during class and happy with the end result.

Diane was friendly and helpful.
First, she taught me how to do a single, second and treble crochet. Then she asked me to make a Christmas sock and was very happy. I made a very cute Christmas sock.

Diana is a very patient teacher! Three days before the lesson she messaged me to ask about my level of experience with crochet (which I have none) to prepare. She taught me and another friend simple patterns to start with and always attend to us when we get stuck. I made a Christmas candy cane and Diana let us keep the hook and yarn to finish the product. As a complete beginner I am really happy with the experience and would absolutely recommend it to others.

My daughter and I attended Diana’s crochet class today. We both are absolute beginners, but Diana was able to demonstrate and explain clearly what to do every step of the way. Her patience and crochet skills are exemplar and the whole class not only had a great time but something to bring home from the class. Diana is a fantastic teacher, class is great value for money, I didn't expect to take a crochet hook and some yarn home to practice! She explained everything really well and had so much patience, answering every question and correcting our mistakes in order for us to become better crochet. I'm a complete beginner but felt very at ease in her class.
I'd definitely go back to her!
