The workshop will be conducted through an easy-to-follow video tutorial, allowing you to learn at your own pace and revisit any sections as needed. You'll discover the art of wire armature work, as well as the techniques of needle felting using the Aussie and NZ wools.
Once you've mastered the art of creating these adorable cockatoo, the possibilities are endless! You'll be able to make personalized gifts for your loved ones or add a touch of whimsy to your home decor. These magpies look absolutely stunning hanging on a mobile, a Christmas tree, or sitting among the greenery of a pot plant.

Dianne studied needle felting in Japan while living there for 16 yrs with some of Japanese finest needle felting teachers. Felting became a passion after years of practice. Dianne moved back to Brisbane and opened Wild Woolly Heads taking commissions for miniature replicas of peoples’ dogs, and large interior design trophy heads. Inspiration comes from her dog, garden and travels.
