This Class was a little more complex than previous classes because of the need to use a double boiler and I apologise that I was so disorganised. That little electric wax pot looks ideal! The kits are sent out with plenty of time to spare, they are perfectly packaged and have generous quantities to make extras. Lily is calm, kind and funny, and makes the online workshops so supportive and relaxed that time flies by. Making the shampoos was interesting as Lily explains how and why surfactants are used, as well as giving lots of tips for customising the shampoos for different hair types. I feel totally comfortable asking questions, which Lily answers in a kind and friendly way.
