What you'll do
Have you ever wanted to dye your own yarn?Join Mel from Three Cats Yarn who will teach you the basics of using Acid Dyes to dye wool.In this class, you'll use liquid acid dyes to dye sock blanks (a pre-knitted sock tube) your own custom shade using a microwave dyeing technique.Mel will provide all the tools and equipment needed.Once you've applied your dyes to the sock blanks, we'll take a break for afternoon tea while we set the dyes in the microwave.Finally, we'll rinse the sock blanks out ready for you to take them home to dry, unravel and use to knit whatever you like.

Beginner friendly, no prior knowledge needed.
