"Lasa" in Tagalog translates to "flavour" or "taste" – the very essence of Filipino cuisine. Join us for an immersive culinary journey where you'll learn to recreate authentic dishes passed down through generations.
In this online class, you will:
Learn to make two of the most comforting soup dishes, perfect for the cooler weather: Tinolang Manok (Chicken) and Tinolang Tahong (Mussels). Tinola is a Filipino soupy dish that is cooked with lots of ginger.
If you want to cook along, a shopping list and recipe will be provided upon booking. Your dinner is sorted for the day!
Classes are non-refundable, but if you miss a class, a recording of the class will be provided which you can access anytime.
