In this art workshop, you will learn drawing and art skills simplified and personally developed by Mon Coloma. He will take you step-by-step through the creative process so you will be able to create your own work of art.
Whether you're a complete beginner or have some art experience, you can feel relaxed and ready to learn in a safe space.
This class will cover:
- How to draw accurately
- How to read tonal values and shapes
- How to mix colours
- How to create balance and movements in composition
- How to lead the viewers’ eyes
- How to create high and low key composition
- How to apply soft and hard edges
- How to achieve dramatic effects
- How to earn from your art

Your teacher
Mon Coloma is the founder and head of International Artists League. He is the 2011 visual arts awardee from the Filipino-Australian artistic and cultural society; member of the Portrait Society of America and art workshop coordinator of Charisma Fine Art Academy.
He held his first one-man exhibition in Heritage Art Centre Philippines in 1979, where his works sold out. His paintings have been exhibited at different galleries and museums and included in corporate and private collections. He has painted portraits of clients from the Philippines, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Sweden and Switzerland.
