Hi, my name is Rhonda and I've always had a passion for doing anything creative. I was a full-time photographer of 15 years and work from my home studio. As I grew up, I always preferred to be learning how to sew, paint, arrange flowers, cook, read or take photos.
I've worked in a scrapbooking craft shop and ended up teaching card making and scrapbooking for a few years. For the past few years I've been exploring different art forms including resin, abstract art, mixed media and also making my own soaps. I love combining different art forms together, and creating little gift packs to sell. I find art is so therapeutic and I love to spend time just enjoying the moment. If l can share my joy of art with others and help them to find some peace and quiet or some time to have a few laughs with friends then thats makes teaching mean so much more to me …
A few years ago when I decided I wanted to get back into painting again and try out fluid art and I spent hours watching tutorials while I was editing photos. I then spent a lot of time experimenting with different paints, mediums, and techniques to see what I loved in the end result. One of the things I love about fluid art is that you never know what the end result will be no matter how much you try to plan it out.
When I started posting my painting on social media I started getting requests for commissioned paintings and was asked if I did workshops. So I thought why not! I've taught classes before and I love sharing what I know with others. I hold the classes in my home so they are only small classes and great for a group of friends and it's easy for me to be able to teach you better if there are only a few people.
I love chatting to people and I'm a very chilled out person who will welcome you into my home to come and have a few hours of fun relaxing and having fun!
