No prior knowledge is required for this fun and beginner-friendly workshop. Our qualified French food aficionados will show you how to prepare an authentic entree, main and dessert that you’ll savour together with a glass of wine after finishing the class.
Here's le menu:
- Moules Marinieres - Pot of mussels served in their shells and cooked in a light white wine cream sauce, served with crusty bread.
- Coq Au Vin - Slow-cooked chicken with red wine, speck, mushrooms and garlic.
- Creme Brûlée - The classic French dessert is a creamy, pudding-like, baked custard with a brittle top of melted sugar that cracks when you gently tap it with a spoon.
