Learn how to make delicious pasta meals in this hands-on cooking class in Sydney!
On arrival to the class,  you will be offered a refreshment and then given a brief on safety and orientation. More than just watching a chef showing how it’s done, this lesson is super hands-on, so you get to practice before going home to show off for family and friends.
The chef will demonstrate the courses to be cooked and answers any questions you may have. Students then usually break into pairs to prepare some of the dishes or parts of the meal (depending on time constraints) under the guidance of the chef.
On the menu:
- Fettuccine with basil pesto sauce
- Ravioli filled with roast pumpkin, cooked in a sage burnt butter sauce
- Handmade fresh spaghetti with olive oil, chilli and garlic
This class will also show the difference between dried and fresh pasta and just how easy it is to make your own from scratch.
Please note:
- We operate with a maximum of 16 people per class and on the rare occasion where the minimum class number of 10Â isn't reached, we will notify you at least three days prior with the chance to reschedule to a later date or participate in another of our classes.
- Please advise of any special dietary requirements (we can cater to gluten-free or vegetarian but not vegan). This comes at no extra charge.
