I’m Meena, and I am a Nature Therapy Guide specializing in Flower Therapy, Forest Bathing, and Energy Healing. My journey into healing began during a time when I was facing both physical and emotional pain. It was through my own healing process that I discovered how deeply connected our emotional well-being is to our physical health.

I learned that all physical ailments carry an emotional component. By tuning into nature, I was able to calm my nervous system and shift my body into a state of relaxation. This simple yet powerful connection with nature allowed me to release physical pain and navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and peace.
