What you'll do
Looking for something fun and creative for kids on the Gold Coast during school holidays? Join our well-designed three-day art course and learn everything from shades and shapes to colour theory, from learning sketches to mastering watercolour wash.
Your young ones will have fun and learn how to master watercolour techniques during this summer holiday!
Parents are welcome to stay and watch as your child makes wonderful artwork or you can drop them off and enjoy two hours to yourself.
Course outline:
- Day one: Water drops and bubbles: pencil drawing and watercolour
- Day two: Colour Wheel and Rainbow: watercolour
- Day three: Under the Sea: watercolour
During the class, young learners will be guided by a professional watercolourist and experienced teacher, with step-by-step demonstrations. You will learn composition, colour mixing, and various watercolour techniques in a series of well-designed classes.
At the end of the class, return home with one or two completed works and a memorable creative journey.
