This is the perfect class for children with lots of energy. They will learn all the tips and tricks to hula hoop with an experienced teacher with over 8 years as a circus performance artist.
Hula hooping uses all your body muscles and you need to keep your mind focused too. But above all there's so much enjoyment in simply hula hooping.
This class is perfect for beginners - no prior experience is needed.
