Hi, I'm Jennifer Austin, an Image Consultant, Personal Brand Coach, and founder of Image Concepts.For more than 15 years, I have helped professionals, business owners, and individuals build confidence, strengthen their personal brand, and create powerful first impressions. My work combines image consulting, personal branding, communication, executive presence, and style to help people present the best version of themselves both personally and professionally.I have taught hundreds of students through community colleges, private training organisations, corporate workshops, and women's development programs, including June Dally-Watkins and Style Academy. I am also a qualified trainer and hold certifications in Colour Analysis, Emotional Intelligence, DISC Behavioural Profiling, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Training & Assessment.Alongside my teaching and coaching work, I have worked within the fashion industry, hosted styling and personal branding events, served on the Advisory Board of Orange County Fashion Week in California, and worked as a fashion reporter for the television program Fashionista Now Boarding.I am passionate about helping people feel confident, authentic, and memorable. My workshops are practical, engaging, and designed to give participants tools they can immediately apply in their careers, businesses, and everyday lives.
