Introductory Photography Course - Five Weeks

Learn how to use the manual mode over four weeks

5 x 2 hours Class size 4 to 10     label $295

There’ll be no more Auto Mode for you after this beginners photography course that will allow you to work your DSLR, mirrorless or compact camera to its full potential!

Over five weeks, your two-hour classes will be mostly hands-on with your camera and there is plenty of practical experience. The course is light on theory, instead allowing you to learn how to use a DSLR or Mirrorless camera by doing.

Your teacher is advertising and editorial photographer Scott McGale, who will share his wealth of knowledge about unique professional techniques that are not taught anywhere else and the same ones he uses on professional photoshoots.

Small class sizes allow your teacher to give plenty of personal attention. Via this series of lessons about your camera functions and foundation principles of creative photography, you will get out of Auto Mode and into Manual Mode with confidence!

What you will learn in five photography lessons:

  • Camera care and handling
  • Manual mode
  • Aperture priority mode
