I'm an immigrant professional to Australia. I had to learn how to communicate confidently in the Australian work culture. I was struggling to fit in, to be recognised and needed the sense of belonging. Thereby I invested in many courses like NLP masters, DISC profiling and speaking courses so I can be a confident professional. Over time I have gained confidence through the ways and methods I came across I have become a coach to coach & mentor other professionals who would like to build confidence, have a possibility mindset and able to voice out their story, their experience so they feel heard, belonged and recognised.
