3 hours Class size 1 to 7

label $95 (or 4 payments of $24 Afterpay)

This popular iPhone photography workshop has been running for over nine years. During this fun photography lesson, which is perfect for all photographers, you will learn how to use your iPhone to its full potential and capture and edit stunning photos that will impress your friends.

During this hands-on class, you will pick up some easy and effective tips for controlling exposure and focus, as well as best lighting suggestions and compositional techniques, including how to take close up images and action shots.

We'll first sit down and go through the basics of using your iPhone camera and how to use two recommended photo-editing apps before a leisurely walking tour through the laneways of Darlinghurst and Paddington where you can practice putting your new skills to the test.

We will be taking and editing photos as we walk, using the two selected easy editing apps on your phone for improving the quality of the images as well as creating artistic images using these specific iPhone photo apps (you will be emailed prior to workshop as to which iPhone apps to download).

Get creative, experiment with photography, and capture all the great memories using your iPhone camera to share on social media with your friends and family!

Sarah was a fantastic teacher. Firstly she has explained the basic concepts and practical tips. Then as we walked together we could immediately apply them and take some great photos with her coaching. It was also a great bonding experience with my daughter and a lovely way to spend the Sunday afternoon together while learning really useful skills we can apply everyday.

The teacher was very nice. I liked how she went over a couple of things in the beginning just in case some people were new to photography. It taught me lots about more camera apps, filters and angles. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I really enjoyed this class, it was interesting and practical. Sarah was very knowledgeable and engaging. Learnt some very useful tips and tricks to do with focus and action shots on the standard iPhone camera. Sarah also introduced us to a couple of handy camera/editing apps which had cool features and filters.
I also liked the points of interests where we stopped to practice our newly learned skills.
