Hot off the heels of showing actor Stanley Tucci around Florence for his Tucci in Italy series, now streaming on Disney+, Emiko will be sharing the magic of Italian food in this cooking class. She'll be covering Venetian cicchetti and favourite Tuscan seafood snacks, drawing recipes from her best-selling books, Tortellini at Midnight, Cinnamon and Salt: Cicchetti in Venice and Aquacotta: Recipes and Stories from Tuscany’s Secret Silver Coast.
What You'll Learn:
  • The dos and don’ts of Italian aperitivi.
  • The magic of timeworn, much-loved family and traditional recipes.
  • That the tastiest dishes can often be the simplest ones.

  • Venetian grilled scallop and mushroom cicchetti
