Italian cuisine is a vast patchwork of regional gastronomies, with a rich history and an abundance of flavours. Seafood is a key part of Italian food, which shouldn’t come as a surprise, as almost all of Italy’s 20 regions have a stretch of Mediterranean coastline.
This classic Italian seafood cooking class will teach you how to bring the region's traditional flavours and techniques to all of your meals.

Catch the Sydney Light Rail from Central Station, The Star, Haymarket or Darling Harbour to the Fish Market stop which is located across the road from the market on the corner of Bank and Miller Street.
