What you'll do
Dive into the world of jewellery design as you craft your own earrings! Choose your components from a huge range of pre-cut acrylic pieces in an assortment of colours and finishes. Then mix and match to suit your personal style and preferences.
The fun doesn't stop there! You can add your personal touch by colouring in pre-etched sections with easy-to-use paint markers, infusing your style and individuality into your jewellery.
Over the course of three hours you'll learn how to design and make your own earrings and have plenty of time to socialise with friends or other students. BYO food and drinks and don't worry about the cleanup! Tableware and glassware provided and you'll even be able to order takeaway food and get it delivered right to your table.
In this workshop you'll:
- Complete three pairs of earrings in your personal style to take home.
- Have the option to purchase additional kits to make more jewellery at home or gift a kit for Christmas.
Whether you're an experienced crafter or new to jewellery design, this "Build Your Own Bling" jewellery workshop is your opportunity to add a touch of individuality to your life and create memorable moments with your friends.

Made by Me Workshop is about helping people to connect with their "inner creative" and have some fun while making beautiful things from quality materials in our friendly & vibrant studio space in the heart of the inner west!
Established in 2017 after Rebecca Doyle decided to take a career break and chose to revisit her childhood love for arts & crafts. Rebecca grew up in a large family where money was tight, after school activities where mostly homegrown and usually involved a sheet of cardboard, a glue stick and some glitter! It is probably no surprise to learn that Rebecca followed a creative path to study Fashion & Textile Design at University!
After a few more decades (than Rebecca will publicly admit to) and a long and varied career in the fashion industry, Rebecca wanted to get back to creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind objects - Made By Me Workshop is the result of where this path led.
Rebecca loves that moment of pride that comes over each participant's face when they look at what they have created and say to themselves "Wow - I made this & I love it!"
