Hi, I'm Jo, a Holistic Counsellor, Energy Healer, and Reiki Master with a passion for supporting women on their healing journey.

I believe there is incredible strength in bringing women together to connect, support one another, and heal in a safe and nurturing space. My work is centred on empowering women to reconnect with themselves, rebuild their confidence, and embrace their inner resilience.

I have a particular passion for helping women who have experienced trauma, relationship betrayal, or infidelity. Through a holistic approach that combines counselling, energy healing, mindfulness, and creative expression, I support women in moving towards healing, self-discovery, and renewed self-worth.

Creativity has been an important part of my own healing journey, and I believe creating with intention can be a powerful outlet for reducing stress, raising your energy, and supporting emotional and mental wellbeing. Whether through crafting, healing circles, or energy work, my intention is to create experiences that leave women feeling lighter, inspired, connected, and empowered.
