Our fun, therapeutic mindful art experiences are catered to the specific individuals, groups, age appropriate and the interests of participants. You’re not a number here; but a unique individual where we will provide a unique personalised experience. It’s your painting so you choose what to paint,. We help with prompts through our meditate side of the experience, then as you emerge yourself you experience first hand the healing and relaxing benefits of exploring Art mindfully. We provide a variety of visual art mediums, eg, watercolour and acrylic painting, or pastels. We believe that art is therapy and will assist providing an experience where your creation of calm is not just on paper. Your discovery of 'being in the moment' in a tranquil setting, has begun.
