Are you looking for a fun and creative activity for your child these school holidays? Let us help you keep them entertained by teaching them how to create their own flower crown with seasonal flowers fresh from the markets.
Our Kids Flower Crown Workshop is a fun 2-hour session designed to develop your child's skills and appreciation of floristry.
Suitable for ages 5 and over, this workshop will teach your child how to cut, clean, and care for flowers while creating a beautiful flower crown of their own.
What your child will learn:
Techniques for selecting and preparing flowers
How to create a sturdy flower crown base
How to arrange and secure flowers onto the crown
Basic principles of floral design and colour coordination
Materials:
- Seasonal flowers (fresh from the markets)
- Floral wire and tape
- Scissors and floral snips
- Ribbon for finishing touches
