A 1.5-hour dance workshop in the beautiful African-based dance style, Kizomba. Learn the fundamentals of this elegant partner dance while you boost your confidence and have fun! The workshop covers:
- Rhythm & timing
- Dance steps
- Movement
- Lead/follow techniques
- Smooth sequences to prepare you for social dancing with ease.
This is a beginner-friendly workshop. No previous experience is required.
Level: This is an open level session and beginners are welcome. A medium-intensity workshop. No previous Latin dance experience is required.
Your Teacher: Sky Blue, with 25+ years teaching experience & a big passion for Latin dance, an expert in her field.

Sky offers specially designed 2.5-hour Bootcamps and 1.5-hour Workshops that are crafted to accelerate your learning and boost your dance confidence. With limited capacities, a personalized learning experience is provided an individual attention is prioritised. The sessions are not only fun, they offer the opportunity for you to build your skills, connect with new people and discover the joy of dance!
All sessions are aimed at guiding you in mastering the fundamentals of the style or expanding your existing skills. You will learn rhythm, timing, body movement, posture, lead / follow technique, footwork, and turn patterns tailored for social dancing. Let us help you get ready for the dance floor!
