Great way to taste a few different types of champagne from known and lesser known Champagne houses and learn about them at the same time. Instructor had good knowledge, and answered all the questions. Good spread of cheese and crackers. Good idea as a date too.

Great way to spend a Saturday! The teacher was so knowledgeable and took any questions. The class was small (8 people) and the champagnes were a mix of classics and small producers. It was the first class, so it was all a bit of an experiment, but I think they are on to something! Great for a date or as a pre-lunch/dinner outing with friends. The room is in the middle of their gorgeous wine shop, which made for fun pre/post-browsing.
