Alcohol inks are beautifully coloured dye-based paints that are often used in creating free flowing patterns. They are great to use on any hard, non-porous surface. So get creative and try it on different surfaces such as glass, metal, plastic or ceramics.
What makes alcohol inks so special is that it has a mind of its own. Manipulating the ink takes practice and skill. Once you have adopted the techniques that are shown in your video tutorial, you’ll learn to work with the alcohol ink and embrace its whimsical nature.
