In this class, learn how to use Traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurvedic medicine and plant-based wisdom to optimise your body, reconnect with nature and obtain its best resources. Live a healthier, longer, and happier life!

This virtual cooking class is a space designed to integrate the essential tools that allow us to understand how food, its colour, taste, and shape support the correct functioning of our body from the perspective of the two oldest medicines. They take care of the body as a whole, where the connection of the mind, the body and the emotions are a whole.

Learn what your body type is from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. Cook a variety of recipes inspired by cultures around the world and other ingredients that will help you support the overall performance of your body, mind, and emotions.

You will receive a shopping list adapted to your taste before the class and must have these products ready on the day.
Suitable for

This is a fun indoor activity, suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 7 years old). An adult must accompany any attending kids. The adult may observe at the class for free.

Informative class with interesting food. Details given on cooking for health using suitable plant based foods. Recipes able to be adapted to suit needs easily. Shopping list provided beforehand. Carrot salad was amazing and would definitely eat it again.
