Ingredients:- Two apples, one carrot, one lemon, 1/2 bunch of mint
- 300g Murray cod or 300g barramundi or 300g chicken
- Salt, sugar and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Sharp knife and cutting board
- Sturdy sauté pans with lid (for pan-frying) or a large pot with a steamer setup (for steaming)
