Recent reviews of Learn to Salsa Class
- 5/5 from Bentleigh Tadman, attended Jun 2026: My first dance lessons: teachers made me feel comfortable and were very helpful. Lesson was great and I’ll be back for more.
- 3/5 from David Kyrillos, attended Apr 2026: The class was great the moves were really good and simple but still fun. My only downside was that i did this for my wife's birthday but because of the heavy rotation focus in the class i spent very very little time with her in the session and that was slightly disappointing. If it could be more focused on the people we came with but still have rotation just a smaller amount it would be perfect! Loved gabby and mario!

Welcome to Tropical Soul Dance Studio – Where Passion Meets Movement!Tropical Soul Dance Studio was founded in 2011 with a simple but powerful vision: to share the joy of Latin dance with as many people as possible. What started as a passion project has now become one of Sydney’s leading Latin dance schools, known for its vibrant community, high-quality instruction, and welcoming atmosphere. As directors of Tropical Soul, Sera and I (Juan) bring years of experience, dedication, and love for dance to everything we do. We are multiple-time Latin dance champions and have had the privilege of teaching, performing, and inspiring dancers all over Australia and overseas. Through the years, we’ve taught, trained, and coached countless dancers—helping beginners take their first confident steps and guiding experienced dancers to refine their skills and reach new heights. One of the things that makes Tropical Soul special is our commitment to both fun and excellence. Our Salsa & Bachata Beginners Courses are some of the most popular in Sydney, designed to make learning easy, engaging, and social. Whether you’re stepping onto the dance floor for the first time or looking to take your dancing to the next level, our classes offer the perfect blend of technique, musicality, and enjoyment.Beyond just teaching dance steps, we create an experience—a place where people can connect, express themselves, and be part of a passionate and supportive community. Whether you’re here to learn, perform, or just have fun, we can’t wait to welcome you to the Tropical Soul family!
