- 5/5 from Joanna Betteridge, attended Apr 2024: Great class, works well online with the teacher located in a different city. Great to learn new skills.
- 5/5 from Bianca Villani, attended Aug 2023: This was a fun, practical way to use zentangle patterns to create fun Dingbatz boarders and decorations. I cannot wait to start applying the dingbatz learned in this lesson on cards, envelopes and more. Thank you for another enjoyable and highly informative lesson. Great that I can use what I have at home already- the No box option is sustainable!
- 5/5 from Nikki Potgieter, attended Aug 2023: Another great class with Niki. Learning tricks and techniques to draw Zentagle Dingbatz was fun and inspiring. Niki makes it look effortless, but under her clear guidance, even someone creatively challenged like me can produce pieces to be proud of.
- 5/5 from Jody Clooney, attended May 2023: Enjoyed the Dingbatz class. It was jam packed with so many wonderful ideas to add to your creative toolbox.
- 5/5 from Denny Hudson-Bayliss, attended May 2023: The Zentangle Dingbatz was a great time to learn new techniques. The materials and Niki’s patience and knowledge made this great fun
- 5/5 from Rini Ismail, attended Aug 2022: Great to learn dingbatz from Niki. Making nice patterns for borders and cards. Niki is always patient and all her instructions are easy to follow. Love learning zentangle with Niki.
- 5/5 from Ella Madden, attended Feb 2022: I love love love the Zentangle dingbatz! So fun. Quite different to traditional Zentangle which was exciting to try new things. I’m so inspired to use them for my journal, scrapbooking and card making. So much you can do with this and I’ve already started exploring more dingbatz outside of the class. I recommend this as an extension to your Zentangle journey and to spice things up a bit and add some more interest to your art
- 5/5 from Emily H, attended Feb 2022: Such a wonderful small sized class! Went through some beautiful ‘dingbatz’ that I’ll easily use as frames and headers for future crafts! Niki showed us so so many examples to use as inspiration too!
- 5/5 from Megan, attended Jan 2022: Really interesting class, learning lots & lots of small different dingbatz symbols, it's totally different to all the other classes. Highly recommend. Niki is an awesome teacher.
- 5/5 from Petra Arifeae, attended Jan 2022: Niki was a great teacher and show us all the techniques she knew t get us started. I’d recommend her class to anyone because as a first timer I learnt so much from her.
- 5/5 from Monika Dryburgh, attended Jan 2022: Thanks to Niki as always. I appreciated all the little details and options for things as simple as borders and ornaments in corners and choosing to leave some spaces blank. (And after several days of practicing Henna Drum last year, I can finally draw it!)
- 5/5 from Louise, attended Jan 2022: The class was soothing and enjoyable, easy to follow & teacher was very accommodating. Looking forward to enjoying my new skills.

Your teacher
I am a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT). I have been tangling for around 14 years and teaching for over 11 years. Zentangle is an easy-to-learn, fun, and relaxing way to create beautiful images by drawing repeated structured patterns. No artistic ability is required. If you can hold a pen and write your name, you are halfway there. There are no mistakes in Zentangle, so you can’t get it wrong. Zentangle increases focus and creativity as well as providing simple and quick access to mindfulness. I love sharing my passion for Zentangle. I love it both for the beauty of the artwork itself and the added benefits of relaxation, reducing anxiety, helping with insomnia, helping manage chronic pain... the list goes on!
