What you'll do

Hosted by Sydney artist Catherin Bennett (CX2Art), you'll have the opportunity to learn the art of life drawing alongside some of the best life models Sydney offers.

Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this course is designed to cater to all skill levels.

Located in the vibrant creative space of The Nest, you'll be surrounded by fellow creatives, providing an inspiring and supportive environment for your artistic journey. As you settle in with a glass of wine (BYO or add-on) and your trusty pencils, charcoal, and paper, you'll be provided with the basic materials needed for the class. Or, add on a 'curated drawing pack' selected by Catherin to use and take home with you.

The class will be divided into short warm-up poses to get you loosened up and longer poses so that you can practice capturing the details and nuances of the human form. You will have a short break to rest and recharge throughout the two-hour session.

By the end of the class, you'll gain new life drawing skills and take home your unique artwork.

What to bring

BYO drinks (glasses provided). Basic drawing materials are provided for the class; or add on a 'curated drawing kit' to take home with you, and a glass or two of wine to enjoy during class.

Catherin Bennett (CX2Art) is a Sydney-based Artist who explores the dynamics of contemporary figurative, landscape and abstract art using a range of mediums and surfaces, adding a unique personality to each piece.

Catherin’s inspirations are found in nature, our human form, stories and emotions. Catherin is an exhibiting artist, takes commission work and teaches group and one-to-one drawing and plein air workshops across Sydney.
