This colourful Sydney class will show just how easy and satisfying it is to make your own macaroons from scratch! Macaroons are sweet meringue-based confectionery popular in France and Italy.

On arrival to class, you will be offered a refreshment and then given a short brief on safety and orientation. The chef will first demonstrate the macaroon making process and will then answer any questions you may have.

The students will then usually break into pairs to prepare the macaroons under the guidance of the chef. When all is ready, you can sit down and enjoy your deliciously sweet handmade macaroons!

The menu usually includes a range of delicious and natural macaroon flavours.

Please note:

  • We operate with a maximum of 16 people per class and on the rare occasion where the minimum class number of 10 isn't reached, we will notify you at least three days prior with the chance to reschedule to a later date or participate in another of our classes.
  • Please advise of any special dietary requirements (we can cater to gluten-free or vegetarian but not vegan). This comes at no extra charge.
