Roll up your sleeves and learn how to cook one of the most classic Italian pasta recipes - handmade ravioli! Made as a labour of love comprising a filling enveloped in thin pasta dough, this recipe is a simple and delicious one that should definitely be in your pasta repertoire.
In this fun and hands-on class, our experienced Italian Chef will take you through a detailed demonstration before you will be guided step-by-step in making the ravioli dough from scratch, stuffing them with a classic spinach and ricotta filling, and pairing it with an elegant burnt butter and sage sauce.
By the end of this class, you will have gained the confidence to throw out those packet pastas and sauces and try mastering your own at home, whilst also learning where to source the freshest seasonal and local ingredients.
