With over thirty years of experience helping individuals and teams communicate with clarity, confidence, and authenticity, Wendy brings both professional depth and a warm, engaging presence to her teaching.
A certified coach with Coach Inc. and a Certified Values Consultant with the Barrett Values Centre, Wendy has designed and delivered leadership and communication programs across education, business, and community sectors. She launched The Performance Coaching for the Workplace program at Seneca College in Toronto and has facilitates A Coach Approach to Leadership for not-for-proft organisational leaders.
Wendy is passionate about the art of meaningful conversation, guiding participants to listen deeply, build rapport easily, and express themselves with confidence and heart. Her approach blends practical communication techniques with psychological insight and a genuine love of people. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Business Management, a Master of Arts in Religion and Theology, and is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
