Join Jessie-Anne, Naturopath and botanical art lover, for a unique workshop combining herbal wisdom and creativity. In this session, we’ll dive into the fascinating world of medicinal mushrooms. You will explore how mushrooms like Shiitake and Turkey Tail are able to support health, what makes them so powerful, and how you may be able to incorporate them into your daily life.
You’ll then be guided to sketch and paint the mushroom you feel most drawn to. Whether you're a seasoned artist or a total beginner, this workshop is all about embracing your creativity, learning something new, and connecting with nature in a hands-on, joyful way.
Enjoy a relaxed afternoon filled with good vibes, music, great company, and learning about some pretty cool plants (mushrooms!).

Hello! My name is Jessie-Anne and i'm a qualified Naturopath, who spotlights as a watercolour artist. Botanical Abundance first came to life almost 10 years ago when I hosted my first ever art workshop, and since then it has grown to be a place of health, clinical support, community and connection.
I loved learning about herbal medicine through out my degree, and hosting herbal medicine and art workshops was a way to connect with the plants, and allow a space where people could relax, be creative and walk away with their own unique artworks. These workshops are an opportunity to break down the concept of right and wrong, or good and bad when it comes to art.
