Join Michael Rantissi, one of Sydney Seafood School's favourite presenters for a cooking class that offers a first look at his wonderful new book 'Salata'.
Salata takes you straight to the Mediterranean with more than 90 delicious, nourishing and seasonal recipes that draw on Greek, French, Italian, Spanish, north African and Middle Eastern culinary traditions.
Seafood is the star of several recipes in Michael's meal-in-themselves salads but this class will appeal to pescatarians and vegetarians alike.

Sydney Seafood School is located at Sydney Fish Market, on the water's edge at Blackwattle Bay, at the intersection of Bank Street and Pyrmont Bridge Road, Pyrmont (car park entrance off Bank St). You’ll find us on the 1st Floor of the Waterfront Arcade. Parking is available in the Sydney Fish Market car park. Enter the car park from Bank St. Parking is free for Sydney Seafood School guests. You will be provided with a 4-digit exit code during your class. Catch the Sydney Light Rail from Central Station, The Star, Haymarket or Darling Harbour to the Fish Market stop which is located across the road from the market on the corner of Bank and Miller Street.
