Everyone that brought in an item was shown how to fix it, which is worth the cost alone. My dog doesnt seem to appreciate it, but her jumper now has no holes!

If you have them I recommend bringing a variety of mends to do as you won't know what you'll feel confident to try and the 2.5 hours gives you ample time to give several a go. With Catherine's advice I was able to repaiir three moth holes in a row in a cashmere jumper very simply. I wished I'd brought more to repair--and taken "before" photos, duh. The Sew Make Create environment is very friendly.

Her favourite crafts are jewellery making, sewing, embroidery, crochet and macrame. Whilst she loves making and creating for markets and her online store, her real passion is inspiring others to get creative and enjoy the process. Bronnie truly believes everybody has a creative side!

Sew Make Create is a creative workshop for small, intimate classes to teach new skills. Come discover a new hobby and learn from our Teachers who are passionate about their craft. Classes teach a range of skills that are related to design, art and craft. We are also an open workshop space and drop-in sewing studio for Designers, Artists, Makers and Creatives. Our workshop is located on the edge of the city in Chippendale.We run adult classes every weekend, weekly classes for kids and school holiday workshops. We offer private classes and can customise a workshop for your group or event. You can also drop into our sewing studio to use our workshop facilities to work on your own projects.
