Join us on a journey of self-expression, self-discovery, and inner growth as we delve into this blend of mindfulness and artistic exploration.

In this course, we’ll embark on a transformative journey that combines mindfulness practices with various creative forms, including drawing, painting and working with energy and movement.

Guided by experienced artist and mindfulness practitioner, you'll learn to cultivate a deep sense of presence, harness your creative energy, and express your authentic self through art.

Throughout the course, you'll gain a profound understanding of how mindful art can enhance your overall well-being, foster self-awareness, and provide a gateway to inner peace. You'll discover the joy of engaging in the artistic process itself, rather than solely focusing on the end result, as you embark on a series of art projects designed to cultivate mindfulness, creativity, and personal growth.

Meditation and journaling: third eye chakra and intuition
Draw and Paint your spirit animal

I am Valentina, a mindfulness coach, artist, and yoga teacher based in Sydney. I am passionate about wellbeing, art and journaling. I help you connect with yourself through grounding practices and creative techniques that I use every day with my students.
