What you'll do
Fly into the world of silks, lyra, and sling. Spend each week on a different apparatus learning to climb, wrap, invert, pose, flip, drop and more. You will also learn impressive transitions and sequences for each apparatus. You will build strength, flexibility, and confidence in the air.Our aerial and groundwork programs are curated by our in-house team of aerialists and occupational therapists.

- Comfortable clothing, for our aerial classes we recommend long tights and a t-shirt or singlet.
- Avoid clothing, or jewellery, with zippers and sharp decorations as they can damage the apparatus.
