Recent reviews of Mobile Pottery Workshop for Private Events
- 5/5 from Joel Foristal, attended May 2026: Such a fun pottery class! The teacher was so friendly, patient and helpful, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. Highly recommend!
- 5/5 from Rebecca Tyler, attended Dec 2025: 11/10. Caitlyn and the class was fantastic! She was so personable, down to earth, knowledgeable, and created such a fun atmosphere for our team of Psychologists to play around with clay and supported us to create whatever we wanted to (e.g., mugs, plates, bowls, incense tray, planter). The mobile nature of the workshop with her coming to us was also very convenient, she provided all the materials needed, and was so attentive and patient with our questions throughout. The booking process was straightforward, and it was also easy to add a late addition to our booking. Thank you so much Caitlyn, the most fun we've had at a work event :)
- 5/5 from Fransiska Ingrati, attended Aug 2025: Cat hosted an amazing pottery class for my daughter's 16th birthday party and was absolutely fantastic! She was punctual and professional, transforming our dining table into a beautiful workspace with her own handmade bowls and candles. The girls were completely engaged under Cat’s guidance each created a beautiful and unique piece of pottery. It was a special and memorable experience for everyone. Highly recommended!
Your teacher
Hi, I’m Cat! A ceramicist and pottery teacher based in Sydney. My passion for clay started as a creative escape and quickly grew into a full-time practice, blending artistry with hands-on connection. I believe pottery isn’t just about making objects—it’s about slowing down, embracing imperfection, and finding joy in the process.Through my workshops, I create a welcoming space where anyone—whether a complete beginner or a seasoned maker—can explore hand-building techniques, get their hands messy, and enjoy the mindful nature of working with clay. My mobile pottery classes bring this experience to homes, workplaces, and special events, making creativity accessible and fun for all.
