We open with a live DJ set by DJ Ankesh to elevate the space and lift the room. Expect feel-good beats and a gradual build in energy as people arrive and settle in.

Primal Movement - Get Wild
Led by Alvaro, we move into guided primal movement - a ground-based movement system combining strength, mobility, and coordination.
You will:

We intentionally close the arc with restorative guided breath and nervous system regulation led by Lauren from And Breathe.

  • A deep nervous system reset

Lauren Wainer
Lauren is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Breathwork Facilitator with a deep passion for helping others achieve emotional healing and transformation. With years of experience in guiding people through mindfulness practices, Lauren creates a nurturing and empowering space for each participant to feel safe, supported, and open to profound personal growth.
Alvaro Mercado
Álvaro Mercado is a Spanish movement coach and yoga teacher based in Australia.
For over 10 years, movement has been his language. With a background in calisthenics, yoga, handstands, and multiple sports, he has built a strong foundation in strength, mobility, and body control.
The Primal Movement Method is his way of bringing everything together.
It’s about reconnecting with natural movement patterns - crawling, rotating, balancing, jumping - and building strength, coordination, and resilience in a playful yet intelligent way.
His approach focuses on sustainable training, body awareness, and moving with purpose.

Ankesh Chopra
Ankesh is a facilitator and guide dedicated to practical, grounded wellness for the modern world.
His journey began through his own personal challenges — growing up in a home where everything appeared stable and successful from the outside, yet feeling an inner disconnect that eventually led him to question, explore, and rebuild from within.
Over the past four years, Ankesh has facilitated breathwork sessions and group circles that blend practical nervous system education with modalities such as sound, movement, cacao, and intentional practices.
His approach is down-to-earth and relatable, influenced by years in the corporate world, extensive travel, and learning from teachers across India, Guatemala, Peru, and Mexico.
Today, he supports others in slowing down, tuning into their inner signals, and creating space for clarity, calm, and genuine self-connection. His work is designed to help people feel more grounded, present, and empowered in their everyday lives.
About the Breathwork
This session offers a balanced blend of calming breathing techniques, gentle active breaths, and supported breath holds, all paired with carefully curated music. It is not conscious connected or overly stimulating breathwork, as used in some other styles.
The focus is on nervous system regulation, release without overwhelm, and grounding the body. You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
Contraindications:
If you have severe cardiovascular conditions, or suffer from serious mental health conditions such as severe PTSD, psychosis, or epilepsy, please consult a healthcare professional before attending.
This event may also not be suitable for those with certain respiratory issues, such as severe asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). If you are pregnant, please let me know as breath holds are not recommended. If you are unsure, please don't hesitate to reach out.
This event is open to everyone. It’s great to come alone, or bring a family member or friend along. Either way, you will be supported and welcome in this safe, healing environment.
