Nanase Ohta
Nanase Ohta is a Certified Remedial Massage Therapist/Face Yoga & Massage teacher.She used to put herself on the back burner after her child was born, neglecting self-care. By turning 38, she started noticing wrinkles, dark spots, and sagging on her face, which she had never felt before. Determined not to let it go, she began practising face yoga. As changes started to appear, it led to self-love. Feeling that she couldn't keep such a wonderful technique to herself, she wanted to help struggling others like her. So, she obtained certification as a face yoga instructor. She creates exercises tailored to each individual's concerns and works together to solve facial worries.
