My coffee journey starts in 2011. I was working at a hotel as an F&B waiter in Canberra and was lucky to have the opportunity to learn about coffee. My passion for coffee started growing and led me to work in ONA cafe for years. I have moved to Sydney in 2019 and started Nathan coffee school and recently opened my own training centre in Strathfield.

We did the lesson as a couple and had little expectations coming in, but Nathan is very skillful and helped us exceed our potential. His teaching is precise and encouraging which allowed us to progress very quickly as beginners. We enjoyed the lesson thoroughly. Highly recommend for anyone at all skill levels.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my Dad and he really loved it!
Nathan was a fantastic teacher, he was able to explain and correct us so that we both learned a lot by the end of the lesson.
We had both gone from being able to make weird blobs of milk by accidence to understanding the basics of and being able to do some very pretty latte art.

Nathan was a very good teacher in teaching latte art! I had previously tried to learn myself with the help of youtube, with no success. Attached are photos of the latte arts I managed to do after Nathans guidance. Also learned some new information about different coffee styles! Would recommend!

Amazing experience with an excellent host and teacher! Nathan made sure to ask us why we wanted to do the coffee class (work in a coffee, latte art ) in order to tailor the class to our needs. His knowledge about coffee was impressive and we learned more about coffee than we had expected. The class was very interactive and Nathan was open to any questions which made us feel comfortable during the entire session. We definitely recommend Nathan's coffee class.

Nathan really made sure that we felt welcomed and were equipped as best as possible in just an hour and a half with all the knowledge and skills we need to make the best coffee we can to fit our own tastes. We really enjoyed his humour and depth of knowledge, and we had so much fun learning how to use a professional machine and practise making our own latte art. I definitely recommend this class for both people wanting to become baristas, as well as those who enjoy coffee as a hobby and want to take it to the next level!

It was a great experience! Nathan was very patient with us and also knowledgeable. We've learnt a lot of helpful tips from the Latte Art session. We are coffee lovers with no experience in coffee art but now can do 2 to 3 patterns after the class!

The studio is at convinent location where you can park at Strathfield Plaza and walk there in 2 minutes. It's not a commercial cafe but a private studio where you could have a lot of chances to practise without getting interrupted. Highly recommend this class!
